If you have forgotten your eDispatches account username, use the automated retrieval tool to receive your login credentials via email or text message.

How to Retrieve Your Username

1. Navigate to the Forgot Username Page.
2. Enter the email address associated with your account or the phone number linked to your eDispatches App.
3. Check your email inbox or mobile device for a message containing your username.
