Change Username

Applies To: eDispatches iOS & Android App Users

Users can update their eDispatches login username directly within the mobile application settings for security purposes, typo corrections, or personal preference.

Changing Your Username on iOS (iPhone)

1. Access Account Menu: Open the app, tap More in the bottom navigation menu, and select Account. 
   
2. Open Edit Profile: Tap Edit Profile to open your profile configuration. 
   
3. Select Username Field: Tap Change Username. 
   
4. Enter Credentials & Save: Enter your new desired username and confirm your account password. 
   Note: If you do not remember your password, follow our Password Reset Guide before changing your username. 
   

Changing Your Username on Android

1. Access Account Menu: Open the app, tap More in the bottom menu, and select Account. 
   
2. Open Edit Profile: Tap Edit Profile. 
   
3. Select Username Option: Tap Username. 
   
4. Enter Credentials & Save: Input your new username and verify with your existing password.
