Applies To: eDispatches iOS (iPhone) App Push Notifications

To ensure timely receipt of emergency dispatch notifications on iOS devices, verify that notification and Critical Alert permissions are configured correctly in system settings.

Checking iOS Push Notification Permissions

Navigate to Settings > Notifications > eDispatches on your iPhone and confirm the following toggles are enabled:

• Allow Notifications: Enables overall push alert delivery.
• Alerts: Permits banner and Lock Screen displays.
• Sounds: Enables audible playback for incoming alerts.

Enabling Critical Alerts

Critical Alerts bypass Do Not Disturb filters and silent mode settings to ensure emergency call notifications sound at full volume.

1. Navigate to Settings > Notifications > eDispatches.
2. Enable the Critical Alerts toggle switch.
