First Time Account Setup

Applies To: New eDispatches iOS & Android App Users

Follow these steps to complete the initial account registration and mobile application setup for eDispatches on iOS and Android devices.

Initial Mobile Setup Steps

1. Start Registration: Launch the eDispatches app and tap Sign Up at the bottom of the main Log In screen. 
   
2. Enter Personal Information: Enter your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and valid 10-digit Phone Number. 
   Note: Ensure your email and phone number are correct; they are used for password resets, SMS account verification, and alert delivery. 
   
3. Create Credentials: Establish a unique Username and Password to secure your account for future logins or device transfers. 
   
4. Accept Legal Agreements: Review and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to proceed. 
   
5. Verify Phone Number: Locate the 6-digit one-time passcode sent via SMS text message, enter it into the app field, and select Verify. 
   
6. Complete Registration: Once verified, registration is complete and the mobile application is ready for normal use. 
   

Optional: Account Administrator Linking

If you are an Account Administrator managing department recipients or sending Priority Blast notifications, enter your administrative portal credentials during the final linking step. For detailed steps, see our Linking Administrator Credentials Guide.
