Linking Administrator Users

Linking an administrator username to your mobile app profile enables administrative portal controls and allows sending Priority Blast messages directly from your device.

Linking an Admin Account

Method 1: During Initial Setup

If you are an account administrator, enter your portal administrative Username and Password during initial migration setup. For step-by-step guidance, see our First Time Account Setup Guide.

Method 2: From Within the Mobile App

1. Open the app, tap More in the bottom menu, and select Settings. 
   
2. Tap Link Admin Account. 
   
3. Enter your administrative Username and Password, then tap Log in to complete profile linking. 
   

Unlinking an Existing Admin Account

To disconnect administrative permissions from your app profile:

1. Navigate to your user profile settings (see our User Profile Guide for assistance).
2. Tap Unlink Admin Account to remove administrative privileges.
