Applies To: eDispatches iOS & Android Mobile App Users

You can upload pre-plans, photos, and document attachments directly to mapped hydrants or points of interest using the eDispatches mobile app. Note: Pre-plans and map attachments are only accessible via mobile devices and are not supported on desktop browser views.

Adding Attachments in iOS (iPhone)

1. Select Map: Open the eDispatches app and tap the Map icon. 
   
2. Select Point: Tap an existing hydrant or point of interest and select Edit, or choose Add Attachment when placing a new point. 
   
3. Choose Source: Tap Add Attachment and select your file source (Camera, Document, or Photo Library). 
   
4. Attach File: Choose your image or document, then tap Add in the top-right corner to link the file to the point. 
   
5. Save Changes: Tap Save to confirm your changes. Attachments can be edited or removed at any time. 
   

Adding Attachments in Android

1. Select Map: Open the eDispatches app and tap the Map icon.
