The Availability and Incident Response features allow members to forecast operational readiness before calls occur and log real-time response statuses during active incidents.
Member Availability Setup
Members can update their general availability status at any time to give leadership a clear view of staffing levels.

Open My Status: Tap My Status in the bottom navigation bar to open your status dashboard.

Select Agency: Tap My Availability under the target department profile.

Set Status: Choose Available, Maybe, or Unavailable. Statuses can be modified at any time.
Viewing Agency Roster Availability
Members can view department-wide availability totals in the My Status menu. Tapping the availability total card opens a detailed roster displaying individual statuses and timestamps.
Tip: Availability data can also be streamed on station Display Boards.
Incident Response Logging
When an active Audio or CAD alert arrives, members can log their response status directly from the alert screen.

Initiate Response: Tap Respond on the active alert screen.

Select Action: Choose Going to Scene, Going to Station, or Unable to Respond.

Confirmation & Roster: A confirmation message confirms your entry. Members can review live team responses on the alert view (Red indicates responding to scene; Blue indicates responding to station).
Administrative Configuration (Web Portal)
Managing Availability Settings & Requests
- Enable Feature: Log into the web portal, navigate to Account > Availability, and toggle the switch to ON.
- Status Expiration: Under general settings, select an expiration duration from the dropdown menu to automatically reset recipient statuses to "Unknown" after a set period.

Granting Update Request Permissions: Under Account > Availability, click +Add next to specific members to authorize them to trigger "Request Availability Update" push notifications to team members via the app.

View Overrides: Add recipients to the View Override section to grant them visibility into sub-account rosters outside their assigned groups.
Managing Incident Response Settings

Enable Feature: Navigate to Account > Response and toggle the switch to ON for desired accounts or sub-accounts.

Event Expiration: Set the Event Expires After threshold to specify how long an active response session stays open before closing.
