If your eDispatches streaming audio is not working, local network configurations or temporary equipment hiccups are the most common causes. Follow these troubleshooting steps to get your stream back online.
Step 1: Check Network & Firewall Settings
Firewall rules or strict network security can block streaming traffic.
Domain Whitelisting (Strongly Recommended): Due to regular server infrastructure updates, whitelist by domain names rather than static IP addresses to ensure uninterrupted service:

IP Whitelisting (Legacy / Static Networks): If your network administrator requires specific IP addresses instead of domain names, ensure the following IP addresses under Streaming Audio are allowed through your firewall:
107.182.233.173129.213.52.71132.145.209.239169.44.67.112169.44.67.127173.192.103.4174.127.114.11174.127.114.12174.127.114.13174.127.114.5174.127.114.7174.127.114.8174.37.110.6875.126.73.4
Step 2: Troubleshoot Based on Scenario
Streaming has NEVER worked on this setup: The network hosting the eDispatches equipment is almost certainly blocking outbound streaming traffic. Work with your IT/Network Admin to ensure the domains or IP addresses above are whitelisted and ports are open.
Streaming WORKED previously, but suddenly stopped:
Power Cycle: Reboot your eDispatches hardware equipment (unplug the power, wait 10 seconds, and plug it back in).
Wait: Allow 10 to 20 minutes for the device to fully boot up, re-establish connection, and bring the stream back online.
Check Network Changes: If it remains offline, verify with your IT team that no recent network or firewall policy updates were implemented that might block traffic.
Still Having Issues?
If you have completed the reboot, waited 20 minutes, and confirmed network rules are correct, our support team will need to investigate further. Please contact eDispatches Support with your account details and equipment serial number.
