eDispatches Enhanced CAD Relay delivers structured dispatch alerts, automated mapping, and real-time 911 caller location tracking directly within the eDispatches iOS and Android mobile applications.

Key Features

• Automatic Data Parsing: Automatically categorizes incoming CAD data fields, including Location, Nature of Call, Cross Streets, Time of Dispatch, Incident Numbers, and Narrative Notes.
• Real-Time Caller Location: Integrates RapidSOS 911 Caller Location to display active caller position markers on response maps.
• Flexible Message Views: Easily toggle between a clean, formatted alert summary view and the raw, unedited original CAD message string.
• Automated & Custom Mapping: Provides direct call location plotting, supports multi-location selection (e.g., business name vs. street address), and allows manual address overrides for unmappable entries.
• One-Tap Live Audio Streaming: Audio dispatch subscribers can launch live streaming audio feeds directly from an active CAD alert card.
• Call History Archives: Review past dispatches, times, and incident details to streamline post-incident reporting at the station.
