User Profile

Applies To: eDispatches Mobile App Users (iOS & Android)

User profiles are created during initial app setup and store personal details, including your name, account username, and email address.

Accessing Your Profile

1. Navigate to Account Settings: Open the eDispatches app, tap More in the bottom navigation menu, and select Account. 
   
2. View Profile Overview: From the Profile section, you can review personal information or manage administrative credentials. See our Linking Admin Account Guide for instructions on linking or unlinking admin accounts. 
   

Editing Profile Details

1. Open Profile Editor: Tap Edit Profile on the main Profile screen. 
   
2. Update Information & Save: Modify your First & Last Name, Email Address, or Username fields, then save your changes.
