Experiencing an issue with account changes or missing map data?
If you've recently been added to a new account for an additional agency or department, or if there were other recent changes made to your account that are not yet visible on your iPhone or Android app, please follow these instructions.
Following these steps should also resolve any issues where your Points of Interest (POIs) or hydrants are not appearing on the map.

Step 1 Select "More" from the bottom of the app and select "Account" |

Step 2 Select "Refresh Account Info" from the app. The app will begin to download any changes, this may take a few seconds to complete. |

If "Refresh Account Info" doesn't work, try "Log Out" and logging back in it. Some account changes may require you to log out and log back into the app.
