By default, eDispatches detector hardware records 35 seconds of audio for each dispatch alert. If your dispatch messages are cut off or contain excessive dead air, eDispatches technicians can adjust this duration remotely.

Record Time Adjustments & Filtering

• Remote Customization: Contact technical support to increase or decrease your account's default recording length to fit your agency's dispatch style.
• Recording Optimization: Our goal is to set the shortest recording window possible while capturing 100% of the active call details.
