Daily Audio Emails

Applies To: eDispatches Account Administrators & Audio Archival Setup

eDispatches audio alerts automatically expire in the mobile app after 90 days. To maintain permanent archives of dispatch recordings, administrators can enable Daily Audio Emails to deliver zipped audio files automatically every morning.

What are Daily Audio Emails?

Daily Audio Emails deliver a daily automated email containing a .zip archive of all dispatches recorded during the previous 24-hour cycle. Emails deploy daily at 4:00 AM ET.

Archive Naming Format: YYYY-MM-DD-xxxx.zip (where xxxx represents your department's account ID).

How to Set Up Daily Audio Emails

1. Log In: Log into your administrative web portal account. 
   
2. Verify Recipient Emails: Click Recipients in the top menu, select the target user, and ensure a valid email address is entered in the profile side menu. Click Save. 
   
3. Activate Feature: Click Account in the top menu, select the Daily Audio Emails tab, and click the orange Activate button on the right side of the screen. 
   
4. Add Recipients to Distribution List: Click the blue and white + symbol on the right side of the page. 
   
5. Select & Save: Choose the recipient from the dropdown list and click Save.
