Applies To: eDispatches iOS & Android App Users & System Administrators

Live audio streaming is available on both iOS and Android devices, allowing members to monitor live department radio feeds and select nearby agency streams directly within the eDispatches app.

Accessing Live Radio Streams in the App

Members can launch active streaming audio feeds using two different methods within the mobile application:

• Method 1 (From Alert Screen): Tap the Live Stream button directly on any active dispatch or audio alert player view. 
   
  
• Method 2 (From Dashboard): Access your department's live feed directly from the Dashboard tab in the main navigation menu. 
  

Configuring Nearby Streams (Admin Setup)

Account Administrators can grant members access to regional dispatch feeds from neighboring agencies ("Nearby Streams") to maintain situational awareness during mutual aid events or large-scale incidents.

Requirements: App version 3.7.0 or higher is required to display Nearby Streams in the mobile application.

1. Log into your eDispatches administrative web portal account.
2. Navigate to Account.
3. Select Streaming.
4. Enable up to 5 nearby streams from the available streams column on the right side of the portal dashboard. (Note: Sub-account members may receive up to 5 additional regional streams).
