Document Storage (Pre-Plans, Pictures, Documents) to Maps

If you'd like to add additional information to any Hydrant or Points of Interest like Pre-Plans, Pictures, or Documents that may be helpful when looking at the map, you can do this directly from the iPhone or Android app. Please note that Pre-Plans are only available by mobile at this time and are not available on desktop or PC.

For iOS (iPhone) Users

Step 1 Map Select the "Map"

Step 2 Add or Edit an existing point From the map screen select any existing Hydrants or Points and select Edit or when adding a new type of Point select Add Attachment.

Step 3 Add Attachment Select the type of attachment from your Camera, Document, or Photo Library.

Step 4 Finish adding attachment When done adding the attachment you can select "Add" in the top right. This will add the picture or document attachment to the point.

Step 5 Save Be sure to select Save when done adding any pictures and document attachments. You can always edit or remove the point and the attachments at anytime.

For Android Users

Step 1 Map Select the "Map"
