Priority Blast from App

Applies To: eDispatches App Users with Priority Blast Permissions

Priority Blast Messaging allows authorized users to record and send voice broadcast messages to specified groups or individual recipients across the organization.

Sending a Priority Blast Message

1. Start New Message: Open the app, tap Messages in the bottom menu, and tap the Pencil and Paper icon in the top right corner. 
   
2. Switch Mode: Tap Switch to Priority Blast at the bottom of the draft interface. 
   
3. Select Recipients: Choose the target individuals or department groups to receive the voice message. 
   
4. Open Recording Tool: Tap the Microphone icon in the bottom right corner. 
   
5. Record and Send: Tap the red circle button to start recording and the red square button to stop. Play back your recording to review it, then tap Send in the top right corner. 
   

Receiving Priority Blast Messages

Inbound Priority Blast voice recordings appear in your app's Messages tab for direct playback and review.

Priority Blast Delivery Settings

To configure your delivery channels for Priority Blast voice messages, navigate to Settings > Messages > Priority Blast.

Choose your delivery preference: App Push Notification (default), Phone Call, or Email Notification.
