How to Leave Beta

Applies To: eDispatches iOS & Android App Beta Testers

Follow these instructions to opt out of the eDispatches Beta Testing Program and restore the official production release of the app on your iOS or Android device.

Note: Credentials (usernames and passwords) created during beta testing remain valid and will be required to log back into the public production version of the app.

Leaving the iOS (iPhone) Beta Program

1. Open TestFlight: Launch the TestFlight app from your iOS home screen.
2. Select eDispatches: Tap the word eDispatches (do not tap "Open") to view app testing details. 
   
3. Stop Testing: Scroll to the bottom of the app details page, tap Stop Testing, and confirm your choice. 
   
4. Uninstall Beta App: Return to your device home screen, tap and hold the eDispatches app icon, and delete the app. 
   
5. Reinstall Production App: Open the iOS App Store, search for "eDispatches", and install the standard release. (You may also delete the TestFlight app at this time). 
   

Leaving the Android Beta Program

1. Open Google Play Store: Open the Play Store app on your Android device and search for eDispatches.
2. Locate Beta Section: Open the eDispatches store page and scroll down to the You're a beta tester section. 
   
3. Opt Out: Tap Leave under the beta section. 
   
4. Uninstall Beta App: Tap Uninstall to remove the beta version from your device. 
   
5. Reinstall Production App: Reinstall the public release of eDispatches from the Play Store. 
   Note: Google Play may take a few minutes to process your removal from the beta program before allowing you to install the standard release.
