If you've recently changed your phone carrier, your Account's Administrator will need to be notified and they must log into the department's eDispatches account and update your carrier to your new number (If you are unsure who your account administrator is you may want to contact your department).
Incorrect Phone Carrier will result with undeliverable text messages.
Select 'Recipients" at the top left.
Select the recipient who's carrier must be changed.
Be sure to click "Save" when you are done to finalize the change.
