If you've recently changed your phone carrier, your Account's Administrator will need to be notified and they must log into the department's eDispatches account and update your carrier to your new number (If you are unsure who your account administrator is you may want to contact your department).
Incorrect Phone Carrier will result with undeliverable text messages.
Step 1Select 'Recipients" at the top left. |
Step 2Select the recipient who's carrier must be changed. |
Step 3Be sure to click "Save" when you are done to finalize the change. |
