If you've recently changed your phone number associated with your eDispatches app, your Account's Administrator will need to be notified and they must log into the department's eDispatches account and change your old number to your new number (If you are unsure who your account administrator is you may want to contact your department).
Step 1Select 'Recipients" at the top left. |
Step 2Select the recipient who's number must be changed and enter the new phone number. |
Step 3Be sure to click "Save" when you are done to finalize the change. |
