If you've recently been added to an additional account for another agency or department or if there was recent account changes done and these changes aren't reflecting in your iPhone or Android app yet please try the following.
Step 1 Select "More" from the bottom of the app and select "Account" |
Step 2 Select "Refresh Account Info" from the app. The app will begin to download any changes, this may take a few seconds to complete. |
If "Refresh Account Info" doesn't work, try "Log Out" and logging back in it. Some account changes may require you to log out and log back into the app.
Step 1 Select "More" from the bottom of the app and select "Account" |
Step 2 Select "Log Out" from the app. |
