Enable Notifications

Navigate to Settings > Notifications > eDispatches.
Be sure you are enabled to receive notifications for the eDispatches app.

Receiving Push Alert

Notifications will appear on your locked screen.  You can play alerts directly from the locked screen or unlock your phone to open directly into the eDispatches app.

Expanding Notifications

When you receive a push notification on your locked screen, you can expand the alert by clicking the down arrow (left image) for a more advanced view (right image).

From the notification center, you may quickly indicate a response in reference to an alert.
