iOS Push Notifications

To check your iOS push notifications are properly set to receive eDispatches push notifications please follow these steps.

Checking your iOS notifications

Navigate to Settings > Notifications > eDispatches.
Check to make sure the following are enabled. "Allow Notifications", "Alerts" and "Sounds".

Critical Alerts

Navigate to Settings > Notifications > eDispatches.

Check to make sure the following are enabled. "Critical Alerts".
