Why am I seeing this screen?
The reason you are seeing this "limited functionality" screen is because our latest eDispatches app is available and your eDispatches app has updated, but before you can start using it you'll need to complete a first time account setup.
You'll continue to receive push notifications for Audio Alert and CAD Alerts but you will only be able to re-play the most recent Audio Alert and CAD Alert.
You won't be able to use the following features in this Limited Functionality Mode:
- Availability & Response
- Account Admin functions
- Settings Management
To begin using the above features again, you must complete a short but necessary first time account setup. Once you've completed the first time account setup you will be able to use all the available eDispatches app features again.
Don't wait, act fast!
Users have 30 days to complete this first time account setup, if users do not complete this setup within 30 days the app will stop functioning and you will not longer receive push notifications for your eDispatches alerts!
