If you forgot your eDispatches Password
If you have issues when you try to sign in with your eDispatches password, use these steps to reset it and regain access to your account. When you first setup your eDispatches app you created a username and password. If you provided an email address during this setup you can reset your password.
Reset your password
- If you know your Username you can reset your password on the following page. Reset password.
- You'll receive an Email or a Text Message with a link to reset your password.
- Enter a new password. Password requirements: 8 Characters / Upper Case / Lower Case / Number.
- You'll receive another confirmation once your password has been successfully reset.
You can also reset your password from the app login screen by selecting "Forgot Password?".
