Setting up the app for the first time
Step 1Enter your valid 10 digit phone number. If this is your first time logging into the app you'll need to set up an account. When you first launch the eDispatches app, you'll need to enter your valid 10 digital phone number. This number will also be used to send a verification code, so be sure it's your correct phone number. |

Step 2Create a username and a password. If you ever log out of the eDispatches app or get a new phone you can login again with your username and password in the future. It is also important to enter a valid email address. In the event you ever forget your username or password, we will email you with instructions for reset.
NOTE: Account Administrators, this is a new username and password for the App. Your existing administrator username and password will be required on Step 4. |

Step 3Enter your first and last name. In this step you'll be entering your first and last name, this name will be displayed in the app. You may also enter a nickname. |

Step 4Administrator Login If you are an eDispatches account administrator (you manage the recipients of the account and/or have access to send priority messages from app), you will need to enter your administrator username and password on this step. If you are not an account administrator, you can simply select "I'm Not an Administrator" and proceed to the next step. For additional information on this step please review Linking Administrator article. |

Step 5Verify Device At this point, you should receive a text message with a 6 digit one-time passcode. Once you have received the 6 digit one-time passcode, enter it and select "Verify & Finish Account Setup". |

Returning or Logging into a new phone.
If you should ever need to log into the app again and you've completed the above steps, you will be asked for the username and password right after you enter your phone number.
If you forgot your username or password, simply select "Forgot Username / Password?".
