Introduction
We are very pleased to announce exciting new enhancements and features to our mobile apps.
The purpose of this Open Beta is to find and fix bugs. Currently, we will be using Open Beta to test our new Hydrant Mapping / Points of Interest. This is an exciting new feature with many options and it will be included with all plans for no added cost! Once our staff is comfortable with the results in Open Beta we will release this feature to all clients.
By the very nature of Beta software, we would not be surprised to find a Bug or two in the Open Beta app. If you do discover a Bug, we ask that you report that Bug by using the Feedback link within the Open Beta app.
Also, due to the Beta nature, we won't be providing support through our normal support channels. If the Open Beta app interrupts your operations too greatly, we ask that you uninstall the Open Beta app and return to our current eDispatches app.
You won't be able to run both the current eDispatches app and the Open Beta app at the same time. If you'd like to participate and try out the Open Beta app, you can find instructions below. If you decide at anytime you no longer want to use the Open Beta app, you can simply just uninstall the Open Beta app and reinstall the current eDispatches app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Here is a list of the latest features and improvements you can expect to see in the Open Beta app.
