Introduction
On a regular basis we develop and launch new features in our mobile apps. The purpose of Open Beta is to find and fix bugs for new features we are preparing to launch to our entire client base.
By the very nature of Beta software, we would not be surprised to find a Bug or two in the Open Beta app. If you do discover a Bug, we ask that you report that Bug by using the "Submit a Ticket" within the Open Beta app.
Also, due to the Beta nature, we won't be providing support through our normal support channels. If the Open Beta app interrupts your operations too greatly, we ask that you uninstall the Open Beta app and return to our current eDispatches app.
You won't be able to run both the current eDispatches app and the Open Beta app at the same time. If you'd like to participate and try out the Open Beta app, you can find instructions below. If you decide at anytime you no longer want to use the Open Beta app, you can simply just uninstall the Open Beta app and reinstall the current eDispatches app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
How to Participate: Open Beta
If you would like to participate in our Open Beta, please follow the appropriate guide for iPhone or Android devices. Please note that you won't be able to run both the Open Beta app and the current eDispatches app on the same device.
Reporting Issues or Feedback
Open Beta participants need to know we are looking for helpful feedback. Please provide feedback directly from the Beta app under "Submit a Ticket".
