Sending a Priority Blast Message from the App
Priority Blast Messaging is available for Users who have the proper permissions.
Step 1Select Messages To send a Priority Blast Message select "Messages". To start a new message, tap the "+" sign. |

Step 2Select the Intended Recipients or Groups Select your intended recipients. You may select multiple Groups/People. Tap "Continue" when you are ready to create your message. |

Step 3Record Message Select the microphone icon on the bottom right of the screen to record your Priority Blast message. |

Step 4Record Your Message Select the red record button to begin recording. |

Step 5Stop Recording Select the red square button to stop the recording. |

Step 6Preview and Send your Message Once you are done recording, you will have an opportunity to preview the voice message. You have the option to delete and re-record the message. Once you are satisfied with your message, you can send the message. |

Receiving Priority Blast Message in the App
You can receive and listen to Priority Blasts directly from the Messages area in the app. |

Priority Blast Message Settings
You can modify how you receive Priority Blast Messages from the app. To do this select Settings > Message settings. |

You can select to receive Priority Blast in-app push notifications, phone call, or both. If you are using the eDispatches app, you will receive Priority Blast as in-app push notification by default. You can change these settings at anytime. |
