A. To use the integration in ESO, you will need to purchase or have access to their Properties and Fire Properties API.
Q. How do I get the API key from ESO?
A. Within the ESO portal, under “API Management” on the admin page, select “Subscriptions”. If this isn’t visible, contact ESO API support at APISupport@eso.com..
Q. How do I integrate eDispatches CAD after gaining access to the API?
A. You will need a “CAD Registry ID” from ESO. To get this value, contact success@eso.com.
Q. I have the API Key and my CAD Registry ID, what’s next?
A. Contact eDispatches to finalize the integration at support@edispatches.com sending both of these values.
Q. What values are mapped from eDispatches CAD Alerts to ESO?
A. This is dependent on what information your CAD system exports.
