Chat is a real time back and forth space within our mobile app for your agency to communicate by text in real time. Maybe it is a rig out of service? Perhaps you need to communicate about a special event? Need emergency shift coverage? Or, perhaps it is details about a particular incident. You use it the way you want and everyone is a participant. No worries though, Priority Messaging and Priority Blast are still available for one way messaging.
Where to locate 'Chat' To access Chat, select the "Messages" icon from the bottom of the app. You may have more than one 'Chat' group if you are in multiple accounts or sub-accounts. |
