Customizing App Tone Sounds

There are many possibilities to customizing your app notification sounds. If you receive more than one department or agency tone you can customize each tone's sound so you can audibly recognize which tone is activated. This article will have steps how to customize your tone sounds for both iOS and Android.

For iOS (iPhone) Users

Step 1 Settings Select the "Settings" from the "More" menu.

Step 2 Sounds Select the "Sounds" from the "Settings" menu.

Step 3 Sounds Select the "Tone" from the "Sounds" menu. You can also see which sound you currently have select for all your department/agency tones from this screen.

Step 4 Alert Tones Select the sound that you'd like to notify you, selecting each sound will play a preview.

For Android Users

Step 1 Settings Select the "Settings" from the "More" menu.

Step 2 Tones Select the "Tones" from the "Settings" menu.

Step 3 Select Tone Select the "tone" you wish to change the tone sound.

Step 4 Ringtone Select "Ringtone" from the tone menu.

Step 5 Ringtone Select the "Ringtone" you'd like to use for the select tone, you can select each ringtone to preview it.
