Change Username

If you would like to change your Username

If would like to change your Username associated with your eDispatches app login you can change this directly from the app. Some reasons you may want to change the username maybe for security, typos or a personal preference.

For iOS (iPhone) Users

Step 1 Account Select "More" from the bottom of the app and select "Account"

Step 2 Edit Profile Select Edit Profile to Edit your account details.

Step 3 Change Username Select Change Username to change your existing username.

Step 4 Change Username Follow all the required information, if you don't know your existing password you can try to reset password.

For Android Users

Step 1 Account Select "More" from the bottom of the app and select "Account"

Step 2 Edit Profile Select Edit your Profile to Edit your account details.

Step 3 Username Select Username to change your existing username.
