| Make sure App Notifications are enabled from the app. To do this select Settings > Tones > Tone Name > App Notifications. You may also want to check that your iOS or Android device's push settings are correct. |

Priority Text Message
| You can modify how you receive Priority Text Messages from the app. To do this select Settings > Messages > Priority Text. |

| You can select to receive Priority Text In-App Push Notifications or Text Messages, or Both. You can change these settings at anytime. |
