Adding Users & Sub-Accounts

Users
Users can access your eDispatches account, you can select permission for each user.
  • Send Priority Messages
  • Send to any recipient in any sub-account.
  • Send to any group in any sub-account.
  • Master User
Adding User
  1. Sign in to your eDispatches account.
  2. Select Account
  3. Select the Users tab
  4. Select +New
  5. Complete the required fields and select Save
Modify/Edit Sub-Account Limits
  1. Sign in to your eDispatches account.
  2. Select Account
  3. Select Users tab
  4. Select the User you'd like to edit.
  5. Modify the User's information and permissions and select Save when done.
Sub-Accounts
Sub-Accounts may be created to allow other users to manage their own account.


Adding a Sub-Account
  1. Sign in to your eDispatches account.
  2. Select Account
  3. Select the Sub Accounts tab
  4. Select +Add Sub Account
  5. Enter a name for the Sub Account and select Create
Modify/Edit Sub-Account Limits
At some point you may need to modify a Sub Account's notification slots for additional members.
  1. To edit a Sub-Account, Sign in to your eDispatches account.
  2. Select Account
  3. Select Sub Accounts tab
  4. Select the Sub Account you'd like to edit.
  5. Select Edit Limits
  6. Modify the Text/App and Voice slots as needed and click Save when done.
